The Best Leadership Teams Award is based on how employees rate and approve of their leadership, including the CEO, executives, and direct managers The Best Companies for Career Growth Award is based on how employees feel about their professional development opportunities, including meaningful career advancement, mentorship, challenging work, and how often they receive valuable feedback from their direct managers on how to improve.
